How We Are Different

PT-Led. Athlete-Informed. Longevity-Focused.

The Motion Suite blends clinical knowledge with modern strength training and recovery science. Whether you’re a recreational athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone who simply wants to feel better in your body, you’ll receive individualized care in a private, supportive environment. Think of us as a partner in your journey- your direct line to expert care whenever you need it. No gym crowds, no clinic wait-times or red tape-just expert care, on your terms.

For Athletes That Aspire More

How It Works

1. Mobile: We come to you so you can get expert care without disrupting your routine. Virtual fitness coaching is also available for those that would like professional guidance getting started in a new fitness routine.

2. Private Sessions: Unlike traditional gyms and PT clinics juggling multiple people, we give you our full attention with sessions designed specifically for you.

3. Customized Treatment: You have a life to live-let’s make sure your body keeps up! We use the best techniques for you, including targeted strength training, mobility work, manual therapy, and recovery tools. We specialize in runners and recreational athletes, going beyond injury rehab to help you move better, train smarter, and perform at your best.

4. No Insurance Hassles: As a cash-pay service, we provide the care you need, without restrictions on treatment options or session limits. Without insurance dictating care, we can use the most effective techniques to get results faster. This way, we work for YOU, not insurance companies.

Direct access: In Louisiana, people can see a physical therapist without a referral thanks to direct access laws. This means you can receive treatment from a licensed physical therapist without first needing a prescription from a doctor, saving time and potentially reducing overall healthcare costs.

Medicare Recipients: Under federal guidelines, Medicare beneficiaries are not permitted to receive out-of-network or cash-pay physical therapy services. This means that we cannot provide physical therapy treatment to Medicare beneficiaries outside of the Medicare system, and we do not submit claims or provide documentation (such as superbills) for reimbursement.
